Richard Sheehan

A partner of Sheehan, Lettich M&A Advisors, Richard Sheehan has extensive, deep experience in technology valuation. This valuation experience spans from emerging technologies to patent landscape analysis, IP mapping, lifecycle analysis and financial modeling to project appropriate license fees and valuations in support of M&A opportunities. Richard, who also serves as President, Technology Resource of the Southeast, has engaged with numerous clients and technologies from basic materials and industrial manufacturing to software, medical and other emerging technologies. Previous clients include major corporations such as BAE Systems, Kraft and Sealed Air, major universities such as SUNY, the University of Louisville and Vanderbilt, Departments of the US Government and government research labs, and emerging companies such as BioVentures, KulaTech Technologies and Immunologix. A New England native, Richard studied engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Business and Finance at the University of Connecticut and Business at the University of Tennessee.
Anthony R. Lettich
Tony Lettich is a partner of Sheehan, Lettich M&A Advisors. Tony’s finance, investment and M&A background includes experience extending back over three decades and spans dozens of buy side, sell side, joint venture and investment projects. He previously served as VP & CFO of CP Kelco, an Atlanta based specialty chemical company, as Director, Corporate Financial Analysis & Division Controller, Developing Businesses at Eastman Chemical Company as well as within Eastman’s M&A, Corporate Venturing and Licensing groups. In addition, he currently serves as Managing Director of The Angel Roundtable. He has participated in the start-up and merger, acquisition and divestiture of numerous  businesses on a global basis. His M&A and strategic advisory experience also includes the assessment, growth / value restructuring of several businesses as well as the shutdown of several non-performing units. He has been an active participant in numerous successful start-up / venture capital investments, two of which went on to have successful IPOs in the public markets. A native of the South Carolina low-country, Mr. Lettich is a graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Rebecca Cox

Rebecca Cox is an American Marketing Strategist currently working in Belgium at the international digital agency, AdSomeNoise. She specializes in bridging the gap between creative concepts and business tactics to get two different worlds – the creative and the analytical – to speak the same language. Ms. Cox graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from East Tennessee State University. She went on to study in Belgium at University College Leuven-Limburg and holds a post graduate degree in International Business Management, with honors.

Rebecca conducts Due Diligence for Sheehan, Lettich M&A Advisors which includes (but is not limited to) background checks, social media reviews, website analysis and analytics. She also supports the digital marketing initiatives such as website management, social media planning, and marketing consultation.

Anthony “Jay” Lettich

Jay Lettich, CPA is the Founder and Managing Principal in Olde Oak CPA. Before his role with Olde Oak, Mr. Lettich worked with BDO in Nashville, TN. A native of Johnson City, TN, Mr. Lettich holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with emphases in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee. He also holds a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Lettich is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee and is a Member of the AICPA and TSCPA.

In addition to acting as CFO providing Managed Accounting Services to Sheehan, Lettich, M&A Advisors, Jay supports the company’s efforts with Startups and Small & Medium Sized Businesses. His key focus areas are Business Valuations, Business Planning & Consulting, Due Diligence and M&A Transaction Planning.

Karen Perkins

Karen is a native of East Tennessee and a graduate of Tusculum College. Karen’s expertise in market research and analytics comes from 25 years of experience in undertaking market studies and patent landscaping in a myriad of categories. Some of Karen’s areas of expertise include:
